ADHD can impact everything from focus and motivation to memory, emotions and the way we get things done. This interactive one-hour session is an accessible introduction to what ADHD is, how it can show up in everyday life and, importantly, what can help.

We’ll explore some of the science behind the ADHD brain, bring it to life through real experiences and look at practical strategies that can reduce friction and make everyday tasks feel easier. The session can be tailored either for ADHD employees looking to better understand themselves, or for leaders who want to better understand and support the people they work with.

For Leaders and Managers

Understand how ADHD can show up at work, why the same expectations and environments can affect people differently, and what can help. This version brings a leadership lens to the session, with practical ways to reduce friction, communicate effectively and better support the ADHD people in your team.

For The Whole Team

Explore what ADHD actually is and how it can affect focus, motivation, memory, emotions and everyday life. Using accessible science, lived experience and practical strategies, this version builds understanding while offering useful ideas for reducing friction – whether ADHD is part of your own experience or you simply want to understand more.
