Practical ADHD support for real life

ADHD can affect far more than attention. Challenges with motivation, emotional regulation, organisation and overwhelm can influence confidence, wellbeing and everyday life – particularly when people have spent years trying to use strategies that were never designed for the way their brains work.

Thriving with ADHD is a practical and interactive workshop series designed to provide meaningful ADHD support in the workplace.

Across four focused sessions, participants develop a greater understanding of their own experiences and explore realistic, personalised strategies that work with their brains rather than against them.

Each workshop combines accessible information, lived experience, discussion and practical activities. Participants can attend the complete series to build a broader ADHD toolkit or join individual sessions according to their interests and needs.

Four workshops.

One personalised ADHD toolkit.

Focus, attention & Motivation

Explore why ADHD attention is driven by interest, stimulation and reward; identify individual barriers to getting started; and discover practical ways to build motivation, momentum and focus.

Rejection Sensitivity & People-Pleasing

Understand how sensitivity to criticism and rejection can contribute to perfectionism, avoidance and people-pleasing, while developing tools for self-validation, emotional resilience and healthier boundaries.

Getting Organised with ADHD

Explore how executive function, working memory, motivation and time perception affect organisation, before developing simple, realistic systems designed to reduce friction and make everyday life easier.

Overwhelm & Regulation

Recognise personal patterns and early warning signs of overwhelm, explore practical regulation techniques and develop strategies to support greater flexibility, resilience and choice in how participants respond.

Flexible ADHD training for your organisation

Thriving with ADHD can be delivered as a complete four-part programme or as individual standalone workshops, allowing organisations to choose the support that best meets the needs of their people.

Each session is interactive and reflective, combining accessible information about ADHD with discussion, practical exercises and tools participants can apply beyond the workshop.
