Frequently asked questions;

What if I can’t attend one or more of the sessions?

We would always advise that to get the most from this programme you should aim to attend all the sessions, but we also appreciate that life doesn’t work like that. So, with the permission of the group, sessions may be recorded and shared via a secure link. This cannot be guaranteed and it will remain a group decision.

Can I complete the program if I am not already a leader?

Of course. This leadership development programme is designed to support anyone working towards a leadership role (even if you don’t know what that is yet) as well as those already in leadership roles. If in doubt, get in touch and we can have a chat about it.

Can we put together our own peer group?

Yes. If you have between four and six people in your organisation that would like to complete the programme together, simply get in touch and we can organise a private cohort for you.

If I have accessbility needs, can you still support me?

Yes. We are neurodivergent-friendly and will happily work to adjust sessions and resources to help everyone access the programme. This can be via transciptions, subtitling or allowing for specalist software to be used in the sessions. Just get in touch and talk to us about what you need.

What are the dates of the next cohort?

The next cohort launches in January 2027. Please email us for a full schedule of sessions, dates and times.
