Self-doubt, imposter syndrome and an overactive inner critic can affect even the most capable people. They can lead us to hold back, avoid opportunities, overthink decisions, strive for perfection or work harder simply to prove that we are good enough.
Silencing Your Inner Critic is an engaging and interactive workplace confidence training workshop that helps people understand why these patterns develop, recognise how their thoughts and beliefs influence the way they feel and behave, and explore the impact this can have on their confidence, wellbeing and performance.
Through accessible insights, personal reflection and practical tools, participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that influence how they respond to challenges. They explore the strengths behind these patterns and develop practical ways to manage difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts and move forwards with greater confidence and choice.
Silencing Your Inner Critic combines accessible insights with individual reflection, group discussion and practical activities. Participants will explore their own patterns using a personal assessment and interactive workbook, while developing a greater understanding of the different ways people think, feel and respond.
The workshop creates a supportive space for honest conversations without requiring anyone to disclose more than they are comfortable sharing. Participants leave with greater self-awareness, a more compassionate understanding of themselves and others, and practical strategies they can continue using long after the session.
Available online or in person.
