People with ADHD have often spent years developing ways to cope with a world that wasn’t designed with their brains in mind.

Many are creative, resourceful and brilliant at thinking differently. They also often work incredibly hard behind the scenes just to keep up with demands that seem to come more naturally to other people.

This workshop explores the science behind ADHD before introducing the EASE Framework: four practical principles that help reduce friction, support executive functioning and make everyday work feel just that little bit easier.

Participants leave with a better understanding of how their brain works and practical strategies they can start using straight away.

Participants will:

  • Understand how ADHD affects attention, motivation, memory, emotions and executive functioning.
  • Learn why traditional ways of working don’t always work for an ADHD brain.
  • Explore the four principles of the EASE Framework and why these work to reduce friction in everyday life
  • Discover practical ways to reduce friction, with the opportunity to develop a personalised plan based on participants unique life and needs.
  • Develop strategies that support planning, focus, emotional regulation and follow-through.
  • Leave with practical ideas they can start using immediately.
