Leading an ADHD Team

Practical ADHD training for managers who want to bring out the best in their people.

Leading with ADHD in mind

ADHD can influence almost every part of someone’s working day – from how they focus, prioritise and manage their time to the way they communicate, respond to feedback and cope with pressure.

For leaders, understanding what’s happening beneath the surface can make a real difference to the way they support, motivate and get the best from their people.

Leading an ADHD Team gives managers practical skills and strategies to put that understanding into practice. We’ll explore what ADHD can look and feel like at work, where friction can arise, and what leaders can do to support focus, communication, motivation and wellbeing while helping people perform at their best.

And because ADHD doesn’t look the same for everyone, we won’t simply give you a prescribed list of things to do. Instead, we’ll use the EASE Framework to help you understand the individual in front of you, identify where changes could help and find practical approaches that work for both the person and the team.
