Training

For brains that don’t do boring

Understanding ADHD. Supporting People.

ADHD is one of the most misunderstood neurodevelopmental conditions. While awareness has grown significantly, many people are still left wondering what ADHD actually looks like in everyday working life and, more importantly, what practical ADHD training really makes a difference.
At The Academe, we believe understanding is only the first step. Our ADHD training combines science-informed theory with the practical EASE Framework, giving participants simple strategies they can begin using immediately.
Whether you’re supporting employees with ADHD, building a more neuroinclusive workplace, or looking to empower your management team, our workshops focus on practical ideas that reduce friction, improve understanding and help people work more effectively.

Meet Lerryn Clare

Diagnosed ADHD and autistic, Lerryn is a coach, trainer and TEDx speaker with the voice of experience. She combines professional expertise with lived experience to make ADHD trainaing practical, relatable and immediately useful.
Rather than focusing solely on awareness, her workshops help people understand how ADHD impacts all aspects of daily life, and more importantly, practical tools that can be used every day to reduce friction and rebuild confidence.
Through coaching, workplace training and the EASE Framework, Lerryn has helped individuals and organisations build environments that reduce unnecessary friction and allow ADHD strengths to shine.

The EASE Framework

ADHD is about far more than attention. It influences motivation, memory, emotional regulation, planning and executive functioning.
The EASE Framework translates the science behind ADHD into four simple principles:
Externalise
Anchor
Simplify
Energise
Together, they provide practical strategies that help reduce everyday friction and make it easier to work with the way ADHD brains naturally operate.
