An ADHD diagnosis can bring clarity, validation and a completely new understanding of yourself. But understanding what ADHD is is only part of the picture. The real change comes from understanding what it means for you.
With an overwhelming amount of information, advice and ADHD strategies available, it can be difficult to know what’s relevant to your own brain, your work and your life. Our ADHD coaching creates the space to make sense of your individual experience – recognising your unique strengths, understanding where friction occurs and identifying what you need to thrive.
From there, we can turn that understanding into something practical: personalised strategies and changes to your environment that support greater confidence, focus and wellbeing at work and beyond.
At the heart of our coaching is the EASE Framework – a simple, practical approach for turning greater self-understanding into meaningful change.
Through Externalise, Anchor, Simplify and Energise, we explore the demands someone is facing, how those demands interact with their individual strengths and needs, and where changes to their environment or ways of working could make a meaningful difference.
That might mean finding better ways to manage information and workload, supporting focus and motivation, understanding emotional responses, reducing overwhelm, communicating needs more confidently or making better use of existing strengths.
The result is a personalised toolkit built around the individual – their brain, their strengths, their needs and the environment they work in.
